Dormancy fee - Charged without any consent

Avoid like the plague!

Coindirect unilaterally decides to change its terms and conditions to impose an exorbitant dormancy fee (over R80 per month, each month) for being “inactive”. A fee which did not exist when the account was opened and therefore never consented to.

They do not warn you nor give you any opportunity to do anything before being charged this excessive and ********* fee. They do not even have the decency to inform you afterwards that you have been charged this fee, so if you only log in once in a while to check up on your account, you could find you have nothing left.

If you are holding any cryptocurrency with them for the long-term, immediately get away or you will see how they ***** for themselves a nice chunk of your cryptocurrency without any sort of consent.
