Deposited funds don't reflect in wallet

Despite all the bad reviews on HelloPeter I decided to give them a go anyway - I hoped for lower fees. I opened an account and transferred a small amount of R2,000 from my cheque account to my Coindirect wallet, then I.... oh wait, then I nothing because the funds are not reflecting in my Coindirect wallet a week later. I have been in touch with them several times and they have told me they have my funds but are having a "linking issue". So basically I have no access to the funds I deposited - I can't buy crypto and I can't withdraw - they are essentially denying me access to my money. I will not trust them again.
