Coindirect stole all my coins and marked it off as dormancy fee

I left good amount of coins with coindirect. At the time the value of these coins were extremely low, to avoid realizing any loss I wanted to wait for the value to rise before selling them. I was monitoring the price of my crypto from other sources. Now when I see the market picking up, I visited coindirect to trade and noticed all my coins have been removed. Through further inspection, it wasn't ****** from hacking etc it was taken by coindirect themselves. Instead of earning income properly they **********y stole funds from my account and marked it off as dormancy fees. Dormancy fees has been ******* form of exploiting clients in many countries. This is a way for them to camouflage that they are *****ing. I have already lost thousands in crypto and now even more from theft. Everyone that's is experiencing the same issue as me should log a complaint with the fsca, they think 1 person won't bring them down but together we can unravel their wrong doings!! They messed with the wrong person. All my friends and family will be boycotting Coindirect.
