My worst experience to date with coindirect south africa. They approved my withdrawal the next thing i know my coins are not showing in the platform i sent it to. When i send emails to support no reply till now. I needed to use these coins from 12 in the afternoon till now no reply and no bitcoins were released, but they said they approved them. So i am still waiting on support.
