Coindirect - not to be trusted

I made a few purchases in Dec 2017 using Coindirect. In Dec 2020, I was shocked to find my wallet value was zero. According to Coindirect they notified clients 1 Nov 2019 that an account dormancy fee would be app**** on a monthly basis. I did not receive the notification and find this practice very disingenuous, scratch that, it is downright *****ING from unsuspecting clients. I raised a number of queries via their support channel, challenging them on the notification that was apparently sent in Nov 2019. To date, no response!!!. I would like to want others of this company, avoid it like the plague. Rather go with trusted platforms like LUNO.
