Coindirect Dormancy fee ****

I’ve been charged a dormancy fee since December 2019 without receiving any notification, which is completely ********* behavior and the irony is that on their homepage they say there’s ‘no hidden fees’. So why have you have been hiding this fees from me? I’m utterly disappointed as I thought my XRP holdings would be safe on your exchange but clearly you’ve been taking some of it without my awareness every month. Will be moving a to different exchange and will tell my friends and family to do the same as I was the one that told them to buy on Coindirect. Now I’ve got to explain myself of why they lost some of their holdings
