Cant withdraw my coins

I have used them to purchase USDT and when I tried to transfer the funds to another exchange they started giving me the run around of "new clients have a waiting period of 3 days" and after the 3 days then they cancel the pending transfer and just some more excuses. And all the emails returns with the same lame excuses and not any real help.
