Bitcoin removed from my Coindirect Account as "Dormancy Fees"
I was Holding (HODL) bitcoin in my Coindirect account. My last Transaction was March 2019. Each time I had transacted on my account I always received an email notification of the account activity and had to respond to the email advising that it was in fact my activity. Impressive security measure. In April 2020 I logged into my Coindirect account and found my Bitcoin balance to be ZERO. On inquiry Support told me it had been taken as "Dormancy Fees". Actually it was removed in 4 different withdrawals over about 4 months, with not one email notification of the activity on my account as previously experienced for Security when I had made my own personal withdrawals. They said they sent emails to clients in November 2019 advising they are going to begin charging Dormancy Fees, as It had not been their Policy at the time my Account with them was opened and Funds accepted. I did not receive/see any such email, but no emails were sent when they removed my Funds. After all this I received an email asking me to Rate their Service. Really! I sent many emails subsequently requesting refund of my removed Bitcoin but have been refused. What happened to Holding Bitcoin until the value increases? I am shocked and disgusted.
