Poor feedback/response

I have been waiting over 2 months for my account to be reviewed, I have sent multiple mails daily following up with no response back. I have submitted all my documents and still my account has not been reviewed and opened.

I have funds that was transferred to coinbase and after this my account was under review and till now I have not managed to access my account without any response
