My money is missing!!!!!!!

We created an account and send alot of money to that account,we were still bussy setting up that app properly aswell as the backup for the security phrase then the app just logged out.I didn’t even have enough time to get the security phrase.if i log into the web the account is empty this is a verry big amount that is missing i tried to contact their support team but no one comes back to me.
