Coinbase.com a Hoax ?

I have invested funds with Coinbase.com in December 2023, since i have invested money with them i was locked out of my account ; unable to trade or access my account . When trying to access / trade on my account a notice appears "account under review". I have sent several emails to Coinbase with no response ; I am unable to contact Coinbase via telecom as I am based in South Africa , when trying to call Coinbase a voicemail says we cannot take this call as you not within our region ! I have been trying every avenue to reach out to Coinbase to NO avail. I hope through this platform i am able to make contact with Coinbase so that i can withdraw my Funds from this account. I hope Coinbase is not a Hoax and I am am able to get hold of them to open my account which i have not been able to access since the day i have opened the account and invested my money . Please help as I am at my wits end with Coinbase . Thank You
