Coinbase *****s crypto by locking accounts

Do not use this crypto exchange!

I moved countries a few years ago, and Coinbase locked my account. I have repeatedly submitted ID information, full account details, income details, proof of address, and details of the move. Each time they've come back and told me that my details are not "valid proof of ID" etc. This has gone on for two years, there's no transparency, and there's no way to register my complaints on their website. When I log in to their website, all of the "contact us" options are greyed out for my account.

The document requests have become increasingly ridiculous. They now want my "residency permit" for my native country, in which I'ma citizen! They've rejected both my fully valid national ID and passport as "invalid", and now want my driver's license!

They've effectively ****** my crypto. I had no problems whatsoever with other exchanges (I use several), just Coinbase.com.

I suspect that ******* people in their compliance department are using their supposedly secure document submission portal to ***** people's information. It doesn't look like there's any oversight, and no way to reach anyone in compliance.

Stay away from this company!
