Account is blocked

Account BLOCK I haven't been using my account for almost a month or 2 months and now my account is blocked I reset my password to reconnected to it and it says account has been blocked don't know how and don't know why and I cannot access my account no one can even help me and submit ticket and still no reply or any help big company but no support for customer?
