Not Impressed at all!

I have been waiting since the 8th of April 2025 to get my COIDA registration Letter from Mark. I paid for expediated services, but I am still waiting. I understand that there was a backlog at the department of Labor but it has been 3 months now. He isn't replying to my emails at all. He has gone MIA and quiet.
