Efficient and professional. Mark was very pleasant and helpful and it all went very smoothly. It took quite a long time between my submitting the documents and getting the Coida clearance but no doubt that was largely due to the Department of Labour. Besides, I was in no great rush. As a retired private employer with just two domestic workers, I was very grateful for the generous discount I was given.
