Injury on duty claim just ignored

I was injured on duty on 25 October 2016. I have permanent ASMA now. I have chronic medication I need. Coid support is suppose to handle the case as a third party with "so much knowledge " on behalf of the company and individual. Almost a year later. Nothing. Just excuses. Blaming the department of Labour. Staff turnover etc. Whiles my heath is deteriorating. They are useless and unable to resolve a simple claim. Senior management of Coid just praise their employees efforts and does not adrress the issue at hand
