Frustrated Customer

We have the worst experience ever with this developers. 1. We were not ready to buy a home but the sales representative Delana promised us we could make a plan with the registering attorneys and other payments as well as get a rental property. Once we had signed we could not get a rental property, they wanted us to rent a property with a deposit which she had advised we will not pay. When it came to the attorneys we had to pay the funds immediately and no arrangements could be made. We had to go and make more debt for this and ended up in being in such a financial strut we could not afford rental some months. She had showed us the incorrect property as well as the contents of the house were all wrong that she had advised.. 2. We had moved in the 1st of December 2017 but our bond was approved in October 2017 , they only registered our property on the 31 July 2018. They keep having excuses as to why there was a delay with everything but our neighbour's that moved in later home was registered long before us. 3. We have been threatened with paying for extras we had taken but nobody has come to fix the damages that was in the home since we have moved in, in the first episode they lost our snag list apparently. 4. Our home is now registered but our snags has still not been done, our cornish fell off at one occasion and we had to sleep with a broken sliding door for months before they came to fix anything. They have put us through such a hard time for first time homeowners it was and is really the worst experience ever. Carika was utterly and disgustingly rude since we moved in her attitude was so bad because they moved us in a day later into a dirty/filthy house and was upset that she had to come after work hours. I will definately advise everybody to stay away from these people.
