Voucher code not recognized by retailer

I have had a query for 3 weeks now. Agent by the name of Noni just refuses to help. I was sent voucher for black label beers but when I go to Shoprite the voucher code has an error therefore I cant get the reward. Noni keeps telling me about escalations but she never gets back to me. Till today!!!
