Very Disappointing Experience

I used Cogill Electrical for an electrical compliance certificate. The work itself was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing. Terence, the electrician who did the work, indicated that he was registered to issue electrical compliance certificates, but I later learned that this wasn’t the case. Also the time he quoted to do the work was double the time he actually spent on-site. He also charged far above retail prices for parts, and the final bill was much higher than the original quote. I felt the communication and transparency was a concern. If you're considering using his services, I’d suggest confirming credentials and getting a detailed breakdown in writing upfront before getting him to do any work.
