noise nuisance

I have been experiencing noise nuisance during the week from the newly established lounge in Midrand. The noise would typically last until between c. 3am midnight during the week and it has created an extreme noise pollution which is causing disturbance (peace) in most residential complexes that are 800m in proximity.
