Initially asked for the WiFi password, I was denied at first and only was assisted by someone patient. Asked for shisha and had a lot of eye rolls and attitude about how I wanted it to be made. I was not told that the shisha will not be made and was only told after an hour that they refuse to make it.

Asked why we were not told and we were told that they have a lot of problems that they don't want to address to us
