Bad service that will not be forgotten

Very poor service. We were not greeted at the entrance, We were not seated but rather told to find our own seat, we were not given menu's and resorted to using a menu left by the previous occupants of the dirty table we found. We were ignored at our wobbly table for more than 20 minutes watching as uninterested waitors strode past us and served other guests that arrived well after we did. When coffeeberry opened it was one of the best coffee shop's but slowly the service has declined. This poor quality service will not be forgotten.
