Coffee Ties & Co.'s Abysmal Communication and Service

I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience with Coffee Ties & Co., and as a bride on a tight budget, planning a wedding has been an incredibly stressful endeavour. Unfortunately, my experience with this company only added to that stress due to their abysmal communication. I reached out to them via email multiple times, but to my dismay, I received absolutely no response. It's frustrating to realize that they offer no other means of communication except for email, which, as I experienced, they don't bother to monitor. In desperation, I took to their Instagram page to send a message, and even there, they were incredibly slow to respond. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to claim that they never received my emails, which is simply unacceptable. Getting my packages from Coffee Ties & Co. was a constant struggle. With my first package order, I received no communication whatsoever regarding when I could expect it. I had to resort to sending them two Instagram messages to prompt any response. Eventually, one of their representatives sent me a WhatsApp message, and it was far from a pleasant experience. Only then did I finally receive my package. Regrettably, I found myself in a situation where I had to order another package from them. This time, the communication was even worse. It has now been over 10 days, the number of days they claim for package delivery, and I have received absolutely nothing. I sent a WhatsApp message to the same person who had contacted me for my previous order, this was on the 5th of September 2023, and they said the following: "Hello, thank you very much, yes we have received it and will be sent on Monday at the latest." After this message, they were supposed to send my package on the 11th of September. Then on Thursday the 14th of September, I sent another message where I stated I still have not received my package, to which they rep****: "Okay, let me just check," and they never gave any feedback. On the 18th of September, in sheer frustration, I sent yet another WhatsApp and email, they rep**** and said the courier picked up my package last week and it should have been delivered already. This morning, the 19th of September they informed me that there was a mix up with the packages at the courier company and my package was part of the mix up. I finally received my package. It seems like Coffee Ties & Co. only caters to celebrities, neglecting customers like me who are struggling with wedding planning finances. I have reached my breaking point, and I will never place another order with them again. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise against doing business with Coffee Ties & Co. if you value clear communication and reliable service.
