Very badly cooked fish

I have been there several times, because their fish and chips is outstanding. I went there on Tuesday and ordered my usual fried fish and chips. It was shocking, not fried as it should be, don't have any idea how it was made, it had chunks of some sort of covering on parts of the fish, plus very dry and tasteless, to say the least! Very disappointing! Won't be going there again ever!!!
