The Coffee Doctor

Am still fuming, they serviced my coffee machine, threw up the same error, 2000 rand. Then collected coffee machine to be *fixed* I got a message, it needs a new grinder @4200. I had to justify spending this kind of money, as I am on a tight budget. The thought of coffee won. So agreed to have it replaced. Paid upfront, to my horror, machine still did not work, the Coffee Doctor has not responded to my calls or emails. This is just not on, at all, times are tough, I just feel I have been properly **********.
