Terrible service do not use this company no resolution

Our Seaco coffee machine stopped working. They came out promptly but then mentioned we needed ti pay R4000 to replace a part. They scratched my brand new countertop (badly) before they left and did not say a thing (it was very visible). When I confronted them about it they acknowledged they had scratched it but said it was a mistake and there was nothing they could do. They also broke the top of the coffee machine. When I confronted them they did not respond and havent responded since. I would not advise using them and wasting your time and money.
