Held coffee machine ransom

We contacted them to come and assess our coffee machine for potential repairs. They took the machine as they didn't have the right tools on hand. Long story short, they basically held the machine ransom and would return the machine unfixed as we refused to pay R800 to fix a machine that cost R1000. We kept asking them to return the machine unfixed but they refused to return the machine unless we paid. After constantly phoning they eventually returned the machine but we still had to pay R350.

Worst service ever!
