Poor customer service and wasted pods with nothing in them

Despite being a regular customer, I only received their email on the way to the warehouse, regarding their stocktake. I only pass the warehouse once a week. I popped in to see if I could collect my coffee, but was told they cannot release it. Rather strange they cant make note of it, its pre-packed and paid for in a box. Also, the last 3 times I purchased the random mix coffee capsules, several times the capsules doesnt produce coffee in my machine, just a watery pale substance. I first thought it might be my machine and had that serviced but the issues arose again. Therefore, maybe 10-20% of the capsules dont work and waste my money. Not happy with overall service and attitude, you've lost me as a client now.
