What a terrible restaurant.

I'm not sure what the qualifying criteria is for a restaurant is for ACSA, but Coffee & Cream is quite possibly the worst restaurant I have visited at the Johannesburg International Airport. They fail on absolutely every level. Lacklustre service stares you in the face, waitrons with no knowledge of the menu who struggle to comprehend orders. This is certainly not the impression we want to give international guests to our country. It gets worse. My Americano was pretty much weak instant coffee. The teas were watered down and so was the milkshake. The waffles were baked hard and were not edible. Orders arrived at staggered times at the table. I assume the gelato is sourced elsewhere as it was the only decent item there. Please shut down your business or jack up your offering. You suck.
