COFESA labour consultant

Adriaan van Rensburg from COFESA (Labour consultant) is giving the wrong advise about sick leave entitlement to his clients and therefore essentially *****ing the paid sick leave days due to them.

I am within my rights to be entitled to my sick leave balance but he advised the client that the BCEA is wrong and gave them other advise
