Complaint against attorney

My mother in law passed away in 2014. The attorneys Coetzer and de Beer in Mokopane was appointed as excecutor for the estate. We have a problem with them. The estate is not that big. They keep telling us that they have trouble contacting all the people that owes money to the estate. They keep telling us that we have to be patient. How long will this estate take to be finalized. Really not helpful people in their office.
