Disappointing service from Builder

Cl Construction CC build my house at Mossel Bay. As part of the contract a pool needed to be build. CL Constuction then indicated that he will build the pool and not a pool building company. The pool cracked when it was filled with water. He then came back and reinforced the footing, reinforced the sides, re-fiber glassed the areas where work was done and refilled the pool. However the pool still leaked but at a much slower rate. I asked him to fix it the second time but since 13 January 2020, with promises to fix it nothing happened till now. He does not answer his phone, Whats apps, or e-mails. The snagg list for the house was also handed to him in October 2019 and untill now there is also nothing done.

I will not recommend this builder and are very disappointed in the way he handles this issue.
