Unhappy client 😩

We were not told that they are actually selling packages, we thought that we will just collect the voucher and leave but we had to stay and listen to their long presentation about their products, and again their activation fee is very high and their monthly premium contributions are high, I think before they can come up with premiums they were supposed to check first what you like.
