Stressful home buying experience

The agents of this agency is very unprofessional and dishonest they kept changing there story and was very misleading very disorganized. We delt with lunga and I would not advise anyone buy a house from her, very unprofessional made promises she had no experience to make and we it all went down she just completely blew us off. The offer that was put in was due to repairs that needed to be done. I was told to make a full offer under the conditions that the repairs would be tendered to and that they would cost about 20 000. My contactor advised that it would be more than that so we put in the full offer with special conditions that the repairs be done ( which we were adviced to do by her) and yip they realized it would be much more than the 20000 they thought So the offer was rejected. Where are the agents that are trust worthy and can make buying a home a happy stress free experience. I hope no one ever buys from these people because I would not hope stress and disappointment on them as we have had.
