Utterly disgusted

This business does not even deserve one star. They are so unpoffessional. Very ***********. Have no interest in helping people at all. We have been charged ridiculous prices. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment at fish eagle view.... I pay 1200 monthly for utilities... I'm not home most days because of the nature of my job.... but we get charged nonetheless for those days. We spoke to Patrick who was busy talking figures. Figures do not make sense when common sense is absent. I've sent them statements, I asked them y they charging me for days I was not home and no one can give me an answer. One guy told us that the supervisor told him to stop assisting us. They claim to have sent a technician... but we dont know that because they never come back with any feedback. I'm absolutely disgusted. Utterly nauseated by this business.
