Useless service provider

I sent a cancellation letter ages ago and instead of getting valuble feedback , they tell me to do the online cancellation form. The useless site has errors and requires me to contact the administrator. Now I am exhausted of this back and forth and want my refund and refuse to wait for 30 days. I have been patient enough. I suggest you get someone to get on it cos there is no online form that I will be completing or any other form for that matter. It's no wonder your contract with M&T was terminated, your service is appalling to say the least .
