Poor service from M & T Development

<p>We bought a unit from M & T development and before moving in we noticed that the bathroom ceiling was damp from a leak coming from the upstairs unit. We raised this issue with the salesman and M & T ran around in circles up until the warranty period expired. We tried resolving the matter with Pretor and we were advised that there is nothing they could do as the warranty period had expired. I urge anyone interested in buying property to avoid M & T Development as our dealing with them has caused us headache and stress, on top of that we have to incur legal fees to have this matter fixed.</p>
