Poor service and bad building and repairs on new property

<p>I bought a house from M & T development in Mooikloof Ridge in January 2015. The week before occupation I could only do inspection on the property where I had a list of 3 pages with broken, incorrectly installed and missing items in the house. This could not all be fixed before occupation. It took numerous phone calls and contractors not ariving for fixing the problems to try and fix all the problems. Now a year and 6 months down the line my property is still not fixed. M & T development simply says it is out of warranty period and they will not fix it and can not help. I have spoen and emailed numerous people at M & T development with no success. I have never seen such poor service delivery and bad construction work done. I will advice people against this company.</p>
