Poor pathetic conduct and service delivery. Now in the dark

I have had power outage the entire day and been calling codex the whole day with bo assistance or response to WhatsApp, email, messages or calls. Now I'm in the dark. All of their contact details is non responsive.

Can someone urgently assist. This is pure unprofessional conduct and to add to that you paying R2.76 daily service fee for what? This is ******* and needs to be reported to the right authorities.
