M&T building houses from send

We have bought a unit at Stone Terrace Complex. Literally, all plaster on the wall made from pure send. Bricks are connected with send. All plugs has 2 bolts instead of 4, foundation of the house is not properly water sealed, damp is rising all over. Never buy anything from N&T
