Inappropriate deceit sudden debits after recharging

Greetings Please note one has been suddenly debited unknown have just recharged NW***6 It seems that you lack attention to detail hence the ineffective and ineffecient billing services. Thank you the continued inconvenience caused. Kindly enlighten someone more competent to deal with this issue which is ongoing not being billed monthly correctly hence sudden charges again after having recharged when calling no answer and no one has an idea.
