Inappropriate deceit

Yesterday received message R82.23 balance and currently is - R700.98 balance.

This is inappropriate deceit how is usage from one extreme to the next.

How are we being billed Inappropriately. Logged on and statements are incorrect not reflecting as per the sms. Tried calling they all not answering.
