DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars, I honestly would. The staff doesn't care and their level of incompetency is shocking. they don't know how to assist people let alone communicate with them. I always have to tell them how their own company works before I can get assistance. I am truly disgusted by the lack of customer service.
