what makes property developers consider this company to supply electricity is one thing I fail to understand. these company is *********** beyond measure I have been calling since 28 Feb 2020 for them to amend the records properly to this day 04 March 2020 it is rocket science to the call center, accounts team down to their stupid system. Iwould like to appeal to people if you are buying property ask which metering company are they using if they say ismart or codex utilities please consider very carefully I have a credit of R500 in my account however I'm sitting in darkness another thing check how you utilize your electricity because these people are ******** I'm sure they subsidize other units with your money ****ing parasite. please tell me who is the CEO of this company I'm sure he is popping whisky and enjoying life while I have to sit in darkness with an assignment that I need to complete and submit now thanks to his/her ****y company my notebook battery is running low and I cannot do a thing. again to all human beings who work hard for the money that will be paying your bond DO NOT BUY INTO PROPERTY BEING SERVICED BY CODEX UTILITIES OR ISMART.
