A BUNCH OF *******

I am disgusted by the service received from codex or ismart whoever they want to call themselves .I had a balance of over a 1000 when we were switched from this service provider to another . A refund was supposed to have been made to us by the 15th of December and we are still waiting .When we contact them we are sent from one person to the other as no one seems to want to take responsibility.It would be great to at least be sent to whoever that is responsible so that we can settle the matter ! A 1000 might be small to them but I want my refund ... These people are ******* as far as I am concerned as they cannot tell me where my money is !
