Missing in Action

I had my website transferred to Code Fusion in March. After many problems, it finally went live. I have now been trying to get hold of them for day, all I am getting is your ticket has been opened. They are not answering their phones. The only correspondence I am getting from them, is monthly invoices. they are not getting back to me at all and I don't know where else to get hold of these people. Are they still operating?
