Third strike for Code Blue Alarms

What an absolutely disappointing service I have received from code blue alarms. What is the point of having an alarm company if there are never there when you need them the most? Isn't that the purpose for having a security system installed in the first place.

We had our 1st break in December 2015 but instead of calling the police or doing something useful, I found the person that was sent to me house having a fat chat with our neighbour giving him and update about what had just transpired in our house. We were shocked but it was our first break in and our emotions were still very high so we decided to let that one slide.

The second incident occurred when there was an intruder in the house and I managed to press the panic button hoping that someone from code blue would be knocking on my door a few min later but to my surprise a gentleman strolled into our yard an hour later and said that he had been given the wrong address of the house that he had to go to. We tried to make him understand the urgency of the matter and how things could've turned out for the worst but his excuse was he was given the wrong address and that was it.

The third incident was a recent and very successful break in. I called a family member a few minutes after receiving a call from Code blue to notify me that the alarm was going off, which I then requested that they immediately send someone over to check out what was going on. To my surprise my family member got home even before the person that was despatched by Code Blue did. How is that even possible? To make matters worse the lady that alerted me about the break in had the audacity to tell us that atleast only the tv was ****** as if that made things any better.

For me this was definitely the third strike for Code Blue and for that reason I see no point in making use of their services when they are never there when you need them the most. All they have proved to me is that they don't really give a damn about our safety and security.
