Buffallo deliveries sucks

I purchased my goods with Shein in March 2024 and they are using Buffallo deliveries my tracking number is BUFZA***YQ my package arrived in SA and then I paid custom VAT and the goods arrived in Pretoria at Buffallo warehouse.then they never updated their tracking system,when I try to call they dont answer,they don't reply their emails,when I whatsaap the option of talk to agent is not working.lastly I just received an email stating that on their system it shows that my package was delivered..which is a lie,I have cameras at my home,I told them to tell me when was it delivered time and date and by whom,they failed to do so...I think they are used to *****ing goods from consumers.
