POOR SERVICE/ FALSE ADVERTISING

This spa is disgusting! They rate themselves as a boutique spa at the Radisson and they are not part of the hotel. They boast to service the people of the hotel, which is a lie as the hotel has their own spa.<br> The' masseuse' is not qualified, no presentation of certificate, had no clue how to even perform a massage, head massage or foot massage.<br> The 'spa' had a foul smell of rancid oil, the oil used had a foul smell. In general a terrible experience, waste of money and precious time. The only way they can get a customer is by using false advertising to claim that they are part of The Radisson Hotel. DO NOT GO THERE!
