Coconut Active - waste of time and money

My new pair of active wear tights, after 3 wears and in less than a month, seam came apart and created a hole. I contacted supplier with photos and details, they responded immediately with an apology and said it shouldn't happen, offered a replacement or refund. When I rep**** my emails were not answered, I followed up again. Nothing As they were active and posting on Instagram, I private messaged them there, where I got a response saying previous lady had gone overseas, email problems, and gave me a email address to forward my email to. It was the same email I had been using, so I forwarded all my emails again. I asked for refund, as we live in Africa and thought it would be a mission to get it here like it was before and I just wanted to have the matter sorted. Details were given, and they said courier would be in contact with me about collection. No one contacted me, and a month later I went to SA so I left the pants there thinking it would be easier to collect. Many messages later, always me following up and initiating. After statements like, 'I will organise right now', 'it will be collected today', and the pants are still not collected - as a customer I feel like I have been **** to. Not only does the price tag of R900 not match up to the quality I experienced, but the lack of aftersales service is most disappointing. I as the customer should not be having to run after the supplier.
